Take this with a grain of salt, but a blind mystic who many claim predicted 9/11, Isis, Brexit, and a tsunami, has two huge 2018 predictions.
The mystic, named Baba Vanga, has successfully predicted wars and natural disasters before they happened and, though Baba Vanga passed away in 1996, the Bulgarian woman had predictions into the 51st century.
The woman, who was known as the “Nostradamus from the Balkans,” has predicted that China will become the world’s superpower in 2018. She also said that “a new form of energy” will be discovered on Venus.
Baba Vanga is said to have predicted the September 11 attack back in 1989, noting: “Horror, horror! The American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds. The wolves will be howling in a bush, and innocent blood will be gushing.” On 9/11 in 2011, hijacked planes hit the World Trade Center in New York City.
She even gave a potential prediction about Donald Trump, stating about the 45th president: “Everyone will put their hopes in him to end it, but the opposite will happen; he will bring the country down and conflicts between north and south states will escalate.” Was she speaking about North and South Korea?
As for her upcoming prediction about Venus, the Parker Solar Probe will launch in July 2018 and probe the outer corona of the sun, using Venus’ gravitational force during its mission. Could it also detect “a new form of energy,” as she predicted?
In terms of her prediction about China, The Conference Board research group estimated that by 2018, China’s contribution to global GDP is expected to surpass the U.S. contribution.
Some of her other future predictions include the melting of the polar ice caps between 2033 to 2045, time travel becoming a realization between 2262 and 2304, and, in 2341, a series of natural and man-made disasters leading to an uninhabitable Earth. The mystic said the universe will end in 5079.
Many people weighed in with comments on The Mirror‘s coverage of the story, with one commenter noting: “Not that I think this is anything other than nonsense… but in the U.S., when they talk about war between northern and southern states, they tend to mean WITHIN the U.S., not outside of it.” Another person added: “China are already a super power and as for overtaking the US? Well the US are borrowing more and more from China which one day they will want back. I suspect the US will default and there will be hell to pay.”
One commenter pointed out that her predictions are perhaps a numbers game, noting: “Make several thousands of comments every day and once in a while one will come true.”
Another commenter shared their own experience with a neighbor accurately making a claim that later came true, writing: “we had a famous one near my old home who made scary predictions that came true, or very close. I wish I had listened to her when she kept saying… taking to the cleaners… later my ex-wife did just that. Those words will haunt me forever.”
